Ok Hitech here is an idea for the subs...

No need to see inside the water..
Find a model or real WWII sub put all the "Required" Gadgets on it..

Model A Periscope to be like a bomb sight IE. *Press U to up periscope press F6 to look thru periscope look around find boat get cordinance enter cordinance J Down periscope Load torpedoes O open torpedo bay and fire...*

Ok spelling is a little bad.. but you dont realy need to model a huge thing for subs but i have no expericne in modeling 3d graphics and gameplay so i cant say that much..

just an idea punt it if you want just getting my work in.

I know it would be cool (useful?) to have subs in AH, but I doubt you're considering the mammoth amounts of time it waould take to implement such a vehicle given the rigorous standards that HTC already abides by.

Gotta second Saintaw's comment. If memory serves, I was in the MA one day when HT mentioned subs, coming in next 1 or 2 full version updates. If HT said it, it's gospel as far as I'm concerned.

I'm still holding out hope for rifle ports in the C47. Would be a kick to man a port and take potshots at AC with .30 carbine, but unfortunately the voice from on high said it won't happen. Guess I'll settle for subs.
