At least I was able to reproduce it multiple times.
In the TOD tonight I CTDd over target, when I came back I tried to join a Boston as a gunner. I got a FLASH from the accept dialog, and CTD. Re-logged, tried again, same results. Request sent, and just as the reply dialog rendered, CTD. That repeated no matter who I tried to join, as many times as I re-logged into the SEA.
