I went back over to the BMW board today for the first time in weeks to see what my boys were up to. I thought I'd troll the guys but they aint biting. Give me some tips on how to get them going. My handle is "classy guy". I'm the one with the '74 bmw 2002 with a dropped valve. :)

Are you using millimetric wrenchs ? As you know BMW is european car and all bolts are measured in millimeters, not inches.

lol Do the engine thing.

Another could be, yanking the body and mounting it on an old chevy truck chassis!

Or mounting the whole thing on cinder blocks and converting it to a smoker!!

For some reason I think you guys are making fun of me. And that's not cool. Yep of course i know beemers use metric wrenches. But I don't have any so I got the closest standurd one. And it don't fit!  I've already striped out the bolt on the valve cover. That gets my rocks off.

I'm seriously thinking of dropping the small block motor out of my camaro in this thing. Does anybody know where I can find a kit to do that? chevie motors are a lot more dependable anyway.

Maybe BMW people are so bland and boring they don't care?

LoL I always hate to see a 60s Pontiac with a chevy motor in it, The different motors all the GM divisions of the 60s had gave the cars character.

It's funny too the dumbprettythang always thinks the car is worth more with cheby motor in it.
