Man, I need some help

I know my asking for help is long overdue, but I decided I really could use everyone's expert opinions.  I mean, you guys are the best people to ask for this, you guys know everything!

Ok, I want to know a couple things:

1)  What is the established list of "legitamate" tactics?  I don't want to piss anyone off by flying and fighting like a "dweeb."  I see all sorts of posts concerning this move and that move that people say is not what a "good" pilot would do.  Is flying straight and level the only legit thing to do?

2)  What is the established list of acceptable planes?  As far as I know, the following planes are flyable by everyone: A-20G, A6M2, A6M5b, B-17G, B-26B, Bf 109E-4/F-4/G-2/G-6/G-10, Bf 110C-4b/G-2, Boston III, C-47A, C.202, C.205, D3A1, F4F-4, F4U-1, F4U-1C, F4U-1D, F4U-4, F6F-5, FM-2, Fw 190A-5/A-8/D-9/F-8, Hurricane IIC/D, Hurricane Mk1, Il-2, Ju88, Ki-61, Ki-67, La-5FN/-7, Lancaster III, Mosquito Mk VI, N1K2, P-38L, P-40B/E, P-47D-11/-25/-30, P-51B/D, SBD-5, SeaFire, Spitfire Mk I/V/IX/XIV, TBM-3, Typhoon IB, Yak-9T/-9U (I left the perk planes off because not everyone can fly them until they get the points).  Which of those planes are acceptable for me to fly?  Maybe we should have a list of acceptable planes for people to fly pop up as a MOTD.

3)  What is the acceptable rules for attacking other countries?  Do they have to have the same number of people on as your country?  Are you only allowed to vulch the country with the most players?  Are you even allowed to vulch?  Chutes - are they really ok to shoot or should I leave them alone?  Lets say I am in Country A, and Country B is attacking Country C.  Am I only allowed to attack Country B?  What if B has the fewest numbers?

4)  What is considered a gangbang?  Is it when a fight gets to be more than a 1v1?  If one of my squaddies is fighting someone, am I allowed to jump into the fight too?  What if the squaddie starts to lose the fight?  Can I jump in then, or do I have to wait until he dies and the guy that shot him down climbs to my alt and gets up to full speed?

5)  What is milkrunning?  Doesn't it make sense to attack a base that is lightly defended over one that is not?  It does to me.  However, if this is not acceptable, I will only attack those bases that have equal or more defenders to the number of people attacking it.

6)  Talking on channel 1.  I see that a lot of people do what is called "chest thumping" on channel 1.  Is this encouraged?  If so, I will endeavor to do it more often.  I just want to fit in with everyone.

7)  This one is kind of off-topic, but I just had to ask it.  I recently saw a thread started by a guy named Ripsnot.  In it, he mentioned that he has been flying an American flag outside his house since the day he bought it.  Well, it comes across as if he is pointing out that those that have only started to fly the flag after September 11 last year are somehow lesser Americans than he.  I thought that the fact that I love my country, pay my taxes, and am grateful for the freedoms I was given made me a good American.  Hmm, go figure.

Anyways, any help with those questions would be greatly appreciated.

Only if I'm behind you.  Any and all tactics to survive are acceptable unless they cause me to miss you, then you're a dweeb.  If you actually shoot me down, then things get profane.

Anything you want, so long as I can shoot you down in it.  Actually, the best plane to fly is the Me262 at 200 kts straight and level at 5k altitude.

You can attack Bishops and Rooks at will.  There's no bag limit.

Gangbang is defined as any attempt to shoot me down.  Also can be defined as someone else shooting you down.  In the first case I'm getting gangbanged, but the second is actually somewhat fuzzy, and can also be defined as KSing since the only person allowed to shoot you down is me.

1) always fly as if you're afk
2) any high eny plane.  Please see answer to 1 for how to fly it.
3) if you are flying as stated in 1, this is an invalid question. However, to be fair, you must spend equal amounts of time over all airspace.
4) a gangbang is anytime there are more than one bogie in the air at a given time.  The *ONLY* time you are allowed to maneuver your plane, and thus the excpetion to the answer in 1, is to bring your plane directly behind your friend and then fly straight and level.
5) Again, see the answer to question 1 for how to approach a base attack
6) in addition to flying like you're afk, you may also fly like you are typing.  In either case, your plane shall not be manuevered except for the situation discussed in 4.  Your comments in the open channel buffer are limited to " pilot_who_just_shot_me_down" and "I am currently at xx.xx.xx at xx altitude"
7) I thought *I* was the one true American.

You are supposed to ask permission of your Countries Generals first if you can attack a country first... And then on channel one let the other country know where and when you are attacking them!!
