Video Card Effect Host Queue?
« on: September 11, 2002, 07:02:17 PM »
I just bought a GF4 Ti4400 (PNY). I just installed it - and went into AH. My host queue times are spiked non=stop at 100ms!!!!!!!! Is this something that is related to the card, or just coincidental to the install?

Any settings recommendations? I'm running a P4 1.8 with 256MB of RDRAM.

I think it's just a coincidence.

Thanks, Bloom25. Since I have you subscribed to this thread, got a few questions for you :)

1. I recently upgraded to WinXP Home from 98SE. Everything seems to run a little slower, well ... less snappy I should so. Anything I can do to enhance?

Actually, thats the only question :)

Thanks

Nmi
