I bet a dozen of us can create more havoc than a con mission :D  I can just see the whining on ch 1 now...

ohh ohh! Tell me which night if you do this.  Garn is online now too, though not sure if he was a two-weeker or not...where the hell has =AC= been hiding, me old CO?

What gave you the impression I was referring to you? Since the thread has largely been about Voss lying I figured the target would be self evident. Oh well, if the shoe fits.

I'm sorry Iron, I was only joking.  I was just indulging in the absurdity that is this thread.

Old Farts night - Saturday 21 Sept, festivities start 6pm eastern time.  Country to be determined at 6pm Eastern.  End time is whenever we either get tired or head to the test arena so we can throw a little free-for-all.

OBJECTIVE:  Have fun, kill people (virtually of course, don't wanna get sued for threatening certain people)

METHODS:  Aircraft preferred, supporting ships and vehicles accepted in the spirit with which the participation is intended.

TACTICS:  Gaggle around and meet head-on all who oppose us.  If anyone is ambitious enough to set up mission profiles or wants to fly the same plane as everyone else to make us stand apart, that is strongly encouraged.  I plan on flying whatever Drex flies, and I'll suggest we fly the FM2 since I recently heard it should be perked

WHO's INVITED:  If you consider yourself an "old fart" entitled to hang out with guys like Drex and Jagr simply because you remember way back when they sucked (Drex still sucks btw), you're invited.  Any/all members of the Rogue Gryffons, Black Sheep, Dweebs of Death, Flying Pigs, those irritating JG guys from WB, or anyone who ever participated in a BYACAW (BarnYard Animals Composite Air Wing) event are invited by definition.  Old-school iENT, HTC, and Cornered Rat current or past employees are also invited.

Anyone else who wants to fly with us is also invited :D

OPPONENTS:  Anyone brave enough to stand (or whine) against us.

Tactical channel will be determined later (because I don't remember enough about global and country channels), but 133 will be the initial coordination channel.

ROE:  Taunts MUST be good natured and not excessive or we may find ourselves without quality opponents.  Spying via second accounts or allies in other countries is discouraged except when used for the express purpose of finding where the most opponents are so we can fight them.  Base capture is allowable especially when it will reduce the flight time from ones home field to the fight, however the goal is quality air combat, not capturing territory.

The phrase "If you're not cheating you're not trying" is applicable within the guidelines set by HTC and the spirit of the event.  Use your best judgement.
Everyone I know, goes away, in the end.

Is WB's 2.76 considered old timer? I dunno, there are a bunch of folks here with gobs more sim time than that. I see  references to CK often:)
