frame rate hits

I have a 128meg radeon card and when ever I get around buff formations I get a massive framerate hit. Last night on the pizza map I joined 2 buff formations as a gunner and saw a framerate of im not kidding 1fps to 12 fps. There were 2 buff formations b17 and one frndly scort and maybe 10-15 nmy attacking. I allso see framerate hits when upping in missions but this goes away after a short time like just after gear comes up. I see this allso when attacking more than one buff formation flying together.

 Anyone have any ideas on a fix?

No, but I get that, too.  Never really thought my frame rates were all that bad, but getting anywhere near a buff formation means slide show time.  I can't recall it being that bad attacking single buffs before 1.10, either.
