Microsoft FFB2
« on: September 21, 2002, 05:54:01 AM »
My Old FFB2 is starting to break apart and Im looking at my options.

Im probably going to go Win XP when I get new stick. I really want to get the FFB2 but Im worried about the lack of buttons on it. What idiot decided to remove the SHIFT button?. So Im thinking of A Throttle to go with it.

It seems that Microsoft dont do throttles. So Is anyone else using FFB2 along with a throttle/or something else thats compatible? ideally both USB.

Im Not interested in other brands I like FFB and its twisty rudder. I have used the FFB2 on a mates machine and its fine but for the lack of buttons.

Recap
-MS FFB2 OK with AH on win xp?

-Any devices available to use in conjunction with FFB2 with programable buttons .?

edit:- Just been looking at CH Pro Throttle USB. Costly but it would suit me fine now would I be able to use it with FFB2?

I used to use my FFB2 with a Saitek throttle and left the x36 stick sitting off to the side but just got me a USB CH Pro throttle , it's damn nice and no buggy Saitek software .

They just came out with Control M version 1.32  . But you can install it with just the standard window drivers too .
My current Ace's High handle is spro
