Actualy they were used In mass quiet often, KG 76 almost always sortied the whole unit for the raids it undertook.
Also They rarely used the leval bombing sight( the Lofte 7K), instead prefering the the use of the:
"The AR 234 had a complex bomb-aiming system. For shallow dive attacks the PV1B sighting head was used, this being situated in the RF2C periscope above the cockpit, which could also be rotated aft to sight for the defensive cannon. The correct sighting angle was fed to the PV1B by the BZA 1 bombing computer."
The reasion for the preferance for the shalow angle dive bomb sight were accuracery and safty. The piolets considered it safer to get in and out of the target area at speed.
This is one of the wounder weapons of the war gents, it Beauity lies in it's speed, it is a plane that was designed to get in and drop it's bombs and not be intercepted, curently this simply is not the case to have any hope of hitting you nead to slow way down thus removing the historical aspect of this aircraft compleatly.
The lack of the dive bomb/ rear gunsight on the AR 234 is roughfly comparable to not having hooks on Carier airplanes, or Rockets on The P47 or P 51, or a bomb sight on a B 17.
The AR 234 is our one and only Perk bomber I do not think asking to much to have it modeled coretly. It's not like were asking them to do the drage chute or anything:)
