The driven but bored conqueror
« on: September 23, 2002, 06:36:44 PM »
Conquerors, in history there have been plenty at times. After they conquer whatever it is they conquer, do they then get bored or continue to spread their might? These natives, they deserve to be ruled by me, the mighty conqueror. Their better off arent they?

Napolean, Alexander the Great, Gengus Kahn...

Thoughts?

Chingis Khan, unlike other conquerors, was actually provoked into all of his conquests (the same cannot be said for those that took over after him)

Like many of our Aces High terrains, it's easier to acquire new lands than to keep them. ;)
Here we put salt on Margaritas, not sidewalks.

I'd never do that. That would upset the balance in marajuana trade with Canada and possibly cause an international conflict. Besides, it slows down the nerves and reaction time if you smoke too much. Nice bong BTW, last time I smoke one someone was holding it while I was driving the rental car at night so I've never really looked at a bong up close before. It wasnt blue and it wasnt THAT big.

Hum, if you had that bong on you funked, I'd take a shot right now, wash it down with some wine and eggs as a mater of fact. Hell we'll call it Canadian Grand Slam.

I heard he had a rough childhood. ;)

Seriously, the beneficial effects of Mongol invasion on the affected nations cannot be exagerrated. Mongols created an empire that was very inclusive and tolerant towards religions and customs and did not allow constituents to murder each other and passing merchants to the extend they were inclined to.

Russians were well on their way to exterminate themselves into oblivion and have pieces picked up by outsiders - often invited, when mongol invasion put an end to the internal squabbles and ensured the raise of a single powerfull state - protected from the west and safely trading with the east.
So I would give senna a try.
