Here are some accurate drawings of the PzKpfw VI Ausf. E, which IMO most closely resembles NATEDOGS new model. Note that does not have an AA MG installed (see further below...)

Nope.

The first color drawing shows a mid production type with all the changes. Including the late perriscope style cupola which always mounted the MG ring from factory.

The black and while line drawings show an early type, which is the knid NATEDOG sort of made.

The close up of the MG mount clearly shows a late persicope type cupola with it's standard factory MG ring. NATEDOG'S Tiger has the early cupola and is an early Tiger I.

I wounder how much of a nightmear doing the Zimmermit coating would be for Natedog and how much that impacted which model he chose to build?

It would be cool if they did functioning smoke dischargers:)

Sorry, the 1st one is later than the E. The MG mount supposedly shows a converted E... I'll be looking into that. Surely the original E didn't have the AAMG.

Well it cant be too hard to do brady as our AH Panzer IV has zimmerit modeled.

The close up MG drawing simply shows a standard late periscope type cupola. These always had the MG ring on Tiger I.

The early tigers with the early "drum" cupola had no means to mount an AA MG. You couldnt mount the MG ring onto that cupola.

Like GH said. the first one is an E(mid production) the second and subsequent is an E(initial production) The can cupola, smoke dischargersa and elaborate air filters are dead give aways.
There is a late production version with steel rimed road wheels as well.
