RV-8 a great ride, guy in town is building an RV-9.

I'm really torn....tandem or side by side seating...all the Van's planes have a great reputation are are great fun to fly. A guy who used to hangar a Cessna 150 near my BD-5 was trying to talk me into going halves on a RV-8A (trike)....its very tempting. I just love that yellow paint job on the factory one.

HiTech...what? No blantant sales logos and trademarks??

Congrats HT, can't think of anyone that I know who's worked harder for it.

I did think however that nate & super could spend a bit of time doing a nice AH logo for it.

An RV-4 is easy to identify by the triangular roll bar between front and rear seats. The RV-8 has no such roll bar.

WTG HT, the RV are great aircraft. I have been toying with the idea of building an RV-8 myself. A good friend is building a 7, and I know several guys with RVs at the airport I fly at.
