That 110 you saw is what is referred to as a "ghost plane". It is a well-known bug, and there isn't a darn thing you can do about it. It can last for hours, and as you say, render a field pretty much useless. Imagine how much more annoyed you would have been if you were trying to roll a plane that was attritted. Three or four launches would have ended the numbers of those particular types of planes for a period of time, and all because of something you have no control over. That's a seriously bad bug.

The 110 ghost plane was not a bug, it is a feature.  War is scary and well... so is a...BOO! ghost plane!

LOL!  Ghost planes eh?  What a POS game.

POS game again? I disagree. Happens occasionally and can be worked around. I thought ai was being turned off for same side. Its probably a collision problem once the plane spawns into the ghost plane point. Sorry, I was not trying to mislead.

Notice the word "worked" in your sentance.  I'm not going to work chit.  This is play.  I play video games for fun, not to work.  I go to my job to work.  CRS should be the ones doing the work, you see, it IS their job.  A job that they do baddly I might add.  But I suppose it is understandable considering the POS they have to work on.

Sure you do, you dont have any workarounds in AH? BTW, ww2ol is not a video game. Nor is AH, WB, Video games are shallow mindless, repitive and not that difficult to play on the top of the line P733 Xbox. Do you miss cheat codes:D

I'm not sure if there are any workarounds in AH.  I do know that I don't have to use them to play every aspect of the game, unlike that POS WW2OL.

Video game PC game, whatever.  Nice strawman.

Strawman woulda been the case if I were trying to argue your opinion and using your reference to sims as video games to show you might be biased toward easier stuff. There really was nothing to setup and knock down. I wasnt doing that. You will think it is a POS till dooms day. I will think differently.

I found this.

AI no longer kills friendly units

If the ghost plane bug is caused by ai  firing on friendlies as they spawn, then it is fixed. If it is the collision it isn't. I suspect it is fixed.

I will know before you. If it is fixed I wil be sure to post and tell you.

Unless you meant the possibility of a ghost plane spawning? Could well happen again. This fix will allow freindly ac to spawn in its point and not be in the AI crossfire that goes on constantly when there is one. AI will fire forever till it leaves. IF it is the AI,  fixed, if not, not.
