It is not necessary to use 3rd party software to fix refhresh rate bug in games. I run AH at 1280 x 1024 x 32 w AA x2 using 30.82 and AH frame rates usually near 85. No DX Diag override or 3rd party fix.
This will probably draw flames from TH haters and XP haters ,but this is where refresh rate info located.
