« on: September 30, 2002, 11:07:37 PM »
Hehhehe you might recall me saying Im not gonna buy it.

But after a few weeks with CMBO and CMBB demos, Im addicted.

Sure enough, since i dont have a Credit Card, I drop 70 bills on the bundle pack...

If the Game is as fun as the Demo, I might dissapear for a while...

Hey Odd I saw your sig CAF sig on the boards over there maybe we could battle some time..
There must also be a flyable computer available for Nefarious to do FSO. So he doesn't keep talking about it for eight and a half hours on Friday night!

Combat Mission-Beyond Overlord and Barbarossa to Berlin.

Its a turn based strategy game in 3D. No little Icons representing units, its the Unit modeled in 3D. Pretty neat stuff.

They are Hardcase. Can't remember website, but go to google and do a search on it.

As for it being turn based - it's like each player independantly plots their moves, before clicking 'Action!' and a minute long 3D movie is played out according to your orders.

Far more realistic if you ask me.
