Crashing to desktop or cold reboot

Hi guys,
when i play AH (or any other 3Dgame) My pc crashes to desktop or just a cold reboot. It's only under WinXP and Win2000. The time when crashing is always different.
Here are my pc details.
Mainboard: DFI AK70 Rev. A+
CPU: AMD Athlon k7  650Mhz
Videocard: Geforce2MX 200 (from creative)
Ram: 650Ram
OS: Win2000 Prof.

Help me PLZ

There are a few things that you should be sure of:

1.  Load the Win2k Large Page file registry update.  I'll attach it here (this is only for Win2k).  You'll have to unzip it, just double click it and pick yes.

2.  Make sure you have Service Pack 2 or 3 loaded for win2k.

3.  Did you install the via chipset drivers (http://www.viahardware.com) after you loaded windows?

4.  Try Direct X 8.1b.

I dont think my mainboard  has VIA
i have win2K with service pack 3 installed

Ah, the old AMD 750 Irongate chipset.  There are drivers for it at http://www.amd.com that you should install.  (At least the AGP/Gart driver.)

If the problems persist, go into the bios and set the AGP speed to 1x.

I think I wrote something about this in HTC's Faq, but it's been over 2 years ago now...

I would install that Windows 2000/XP AGP driver only.  Busmaster IDE drivers are typically more trouble than they're worth.
