Friday Frame 3 AAR

Not much to say:  Upped A4 to hit A21 in a B26 formation.  Close to tgt Midnight joined me as a gunner.  He shot down a 190 then another as it attacked us while I was lining up for the drop.

Next thing I know, we are both back in the tower.  The 190 hit us as his wing came off and all three of my bombers blew up instantly.

This is a definite bug as there is no way to target all 3 buffs in a formation in such a way as to kill them all at exactly  the same time in one attack when your wing has been removed from your aircraft.

Spoiled the frame for me and Midnight.  Please guys, let's try and get some response from HTC about fixing the bomber damage issues.  There is no point using them in scenarios/events while this kind of rubbish is happening.

332nd Rolled from A21. Our target was the port NW at 33. We had a solid escort of the MAW's, plus dux and crew. Not long after take off we flew past a large flight of B-26's and many P-40's. With in 5 minutes the P-40's were all over us. Our escorts nailed several as did some of the buffs, but we lost several bombers also.

We made two runs on the port and destroyed several gun emplacements, fuel, and ammo dumps. We were able to RTB and again were saved by our escorts who fought off several P-40's that were chasing us.

Several of us landed and were able to make a 2nd run NOE and destroy more of the port. We finally landed with 20 minutes to spare in the frame. :)
to the P-40's we ran into!
