Depends if they have a large wad of cash in the bank.

All the Welsh girls I've ever met have been mingers. I shared a house with one for two years while at uni, and she was the most annoying woman on the planet. She'd never stop talking about the place, even though everyone knows it's some government supported craphole.

Having said that, a good mate of mine is Welsh. But he'd never go back to Wales... strange that.
