You would better avoid "dry" white wine or try the "soft" (those with lot of sugar) they can cause Hangover with a little quantity (some cheap champagne can cause headache with a single glasse).

For instance I recommand without reserves the "Quart de Chaume" or if you are a bit money impaired  "Coteaux du Layon" / "Bonnezeaux"

Concerning red wine there is so many I love that I will no use my finger to type all ;)

Straffo knows his wines...high sugar content of any alcohol will give you a worse hangover.  take for instance, Rum and Coke.  Drink it all night, you'll have a hangover the next day.  Drink the rum straight, the hangover intensity is reduced.
