well i just logged off from MA ..... to pissed to fly .....
on the damn pizza watermelon map i panned all the way out and turned of icons and #'s ....
this is what i saw...

all but 10 or so of the 100+ rooks online were in 1 sector!!!!!!!!!!!!!
we were losing bases at the rate of 1 every 5 min elsewhere on the map....

yet these morons kept trying for 1 stupid base.....

i even heard a call out for the ack to get killed there cause the goons were dying....

WTF attacks a base and doesn't kill ACK FIRST!!!!!!!!!
i guess this common sence act doesnt relate to fellow rooks.

(((side note of ack killing... i watched fester and kappa alone cap 3 bases i tried to defend ALONE....
all they did was kill all ack first then between killin me the got the town..
shows what 2 smart pilots can do opposed to 90 dumb ones )

Rooks have the best pilots in the game, none of whom care about taking bases.  Most of those who did care, switched some time ago.

when i was in the MA for a couple months i flew rook ... i loved it ...and yes most of the best pilots are rooks from what i saw the rooks held off 100+ bish and knights with only a few bases for hours ... i think its fun not capp'n bases cause it lets you think more of what ya wanna do (pi** off bish + knight )   instead of waist'n time capp'n bases so they can take them back when its 70+50 to 20 ... tho i do like it when there are more of them than us cause its not as boring

Blitz has slightly different method, he takes out all AA in 2 passes, then kills your upping defenders.

From all the whining I hear about the Pizza map in the MA, Im under the impression that which ever side starts to lose first, generally tosses their cookies and allows the map to be reset as early as possible regardless of whether they win or lose.

I commend the making of the map but if this is the result of it, why do we bother?

yep alot of people just opt out of the strat/score system and alot dont like the whole 3 side thing. million threads on it .

  Well because the rook always thinks it has to out manuever the Knight and never watches out for the queen or the bishop.Thus getting its arse handed to it.
