Oh, also, does anyone have a good bombing practice map out there that I could download. I would build my own with the Terrain Editor, but I don't have the time with college classes and stuff.
Download the Germany map; it's got several fields that have airstart launches. You
do start at 0 airspeed, so it gets a little sickening for a bit (hit the auto level switch and let the plane take care of itself). Once you have the map installed, look
here for information on how to use the Germany terrain to practice doing calibration.
Practice offline until you're got the calibration procedure down, then try it in the MA. The only thing that you need to remember in the MA is the wind layer; at 14K and above, there is a 30-mph wind blowing east, which will alter your plane's ground track. If you calibrate your sight correctly, the effect of the wind is accounted for, but if you change your course more than a couple of degrees, the calibration will no longer be accurate, and you'll have to redo it.
