Not this specific gauge, although the housing is very nearly the same I had used for the VSI, ASI, and Slip Indicator. This gauge actually read from -5 to +12 in the P51, but the warning indicators were normally set at -4 and 8, respectively.

Also, there should be an adjustment knob in the lower left corner of the gauge. I could add it, but you won't be able to read it anyway.
