They have stroked up the toughness of chutes ....

I had a guy in a buff that killed me take 3 shots at my chute and not kill me. all hit...
So when he went down I took the opertunity to releive him of some silk, he got to the ground and I gave him a long stafe with my 7.92mm cowl guns...nothing..hits but no boom...
Well I was curios so when HT bailed in front of my 109F4 I gave him a burst too...
Man I hit him a ton befor he blew...I might have to start using 20mm on chutes in the future..

I hit the silk after Mooj, in an M16, shot my B26 while I was trying to strafe him, I floated down next to him, started giving his co-ordinates to my IB wingman (Bee) but that crafty ol' Mooj knew what I was up too, he strafed me once I was on the ground following him around, but I did notice I heard about 5 or  6 pings before dying...

I've taken to straffing anyone in a chute over 5k.  The other day, a chute took 3 hits from the 20s in my Cannon Hog before going down.

Well, chute toughness upped might justify it  

Now you can only kill, say 250 chutes on a  bad run

I know Santa.. it sucks.  If they'd just model prop damage on chutes.. I wouldn't have to waste my ammo at all
