The sniper (just a thought)

Did you notice this guy doesn't kill on weekends or during 9am to 5 pm.


 To me it kind of sounds like a guy that maybe got sentence to weekends in jail. and is pissed about it. So he  kills more on monday when he is released back to work.


 but then again a squadie said it maybe  one of osama 's men cause it would piss off americans more that he took out wife instead of husband. (shock value maybe)




But my money is on a pissed off american.

Huh? if it was Osamas men, wouldnt they target "more important" people (dont get me wrong here...).

maniac  the reason to go public saying help from sky survaliance. Is a way to try to crub his actions. They want him to stop first then catch him.





 Not sure if they still do weekends in jail but had employee about 5 years ago get that  term in his conviction. If I remember it was drunk and disorderly. and If he wasn't at work I was to call Police.



Thats why His not killing on weekends or during work hrs made me think of this.

Heard on the radio this morning that they have a solid eye witness to the shooter, described as a dark, olive skinned man.

"Dark and olive skin" could describe about 100 different races, and due to the fact that it was dark outside on the latest shooting makes it that much more complexing.

I do remember another witness early on in the case stating a similiar description, about 2 weeks ago.

what's important here is that "Dark and olive skin" eliminates many races

they (the witnesses) had to be pretty close to the shooter considering this shooting was at night

Robert Young, a Washington construction worker, was among witnesses who returned to the shopping center Tuesday to talk with police. He said he had heard a muffled gunshot and seen a white van Monday night.

Young said as he backed his truck out of his parking spot, a white Astro van with two men inside tried to turn into his lane. He said the driver appeared very agitated to find his way blocked and instead drove by a neighboring restaurant and out of sight.

Young described the driver as a short man of slight build who appeared to be Middle Eastern. "I got a good look at the guy," he said.

The driver "seemed to be excessively irritated because he couldn't pull into my lane," he said. "I thought this fool was going to want to get out of the van and duke or something. But he didn't. He kept on going."

Taken from CBS news, I am guessing and have thought all along that its is probably some noodlesmoking pissed off Arab towelhead.  This is his/their version of terrorism.

They still do that.  For misdemeanors, the judge can sentence a person to only be outside for work or college classes.  This sniper could be shooting on his way to and from work or school.  Its also possible that the sniper is sentenced to a half-way house, where he has to check in on weekends and stay there.  

The fact that the sniper drives a white panel van makes me think he's a contract tradesman of some sort - maybe an electrician or carpenter or cable guy.  Its probably a man, and probably an American with a criminal record involving prior use of force with a firearm.  I'm guessing he's recently unemployed, possibly divorced, and generally angry at the world for his misfortunes.  I predict they'll make an arrest within the month.
