Heard on the radio that the police are composing a composite sketch of the Washington area sniper based on a description given by an eyewitness to the latest shooting. The witness described the shooter as being dark-skinned and either Hispanic or Middle-Eastern in origin.

I believe there is a terrorist cell at work in the Washington area. The attacks are well planned, there is more than one person involved at the scene of the shootings, and the van disappears too easily with so many people on the watch for it. A cell with several members could help the van "disappear" quickly after the event.

eyewitness also identified the gun used as probably an AK-74 (not 47).

Witnesses can be horribly unreliable.

Hope these killers get caught. We should force them to go through a 'JW rehabilitation program'.

I believe they WILL get caught. They're running out of space quick I think. You yanks got some very effective agencies/people when it comes to this. I was pretty impressed with how short a time it took for the intelligence community to get the identities and all after the 9/11 attacks
