Put yourself in N. Korea's shoes.
It has no allies, it has no world-dependent resources (aka, OIL), it is not surrounded by fanatical allies (tha also have.. umm. OIL?), its already in a wretched economical situation and to top it off, its surrounded by powerful and potentially very hostile nations (Japan, USA, Australia, Russia, etc).
Its only ally? Maybe China? Doubtful.
Then all the sudden they get called out as one-in-the-target-list of the US.
Makes you wonder why all the sudden N.K. began "opening" up to things like the Japanese kidnappings, the current nuke program and who knows what else in the future.
Simply put, they are trying to avoid being on the menu. The more they "cooperate" and the more they open up the less likely they are to be attacked. Heck, after what they've acknowledged in the past months id be very suprised if the monkeys in the white house still consider it a target.
No, the real fight will be in the middle east. I believe that with or without UN backing, Iraq will use its WMD's against allied troops or very very likely, lob a few at Israel, both instances prompting a nuclear retaliation. Once Israel is in the picture then the other arab fruitcake nations will rally towards israel to take them out first, then deal with the allied forces cought for all purposes, with their backs to the sea.
And interestingly enough, Mercedes and Honda are about to market the Hydrogen engine cars this coming year. Hmmmm

I guess glowing oil will be the norm in the years to come.
