Illegal operation when trying to save Textures

Hi Guys,
 I'm at work at the moment so cannot provide a print (I'll do it tonight if needed).

I get an "Illegal Operation" error when trying to save certain shapes for editing. Particularly the "PYLON" shape. I think there are others but this is the one I want at the moment.

Does anyone else get this? Is it a known "Feature"?

Can someone attach the PYLON bmp for me to work with.
