No kidding, I hardly ever let my kids on the computer if I'm not around. The internet is just not a friendly place for a youngin. Plus there's better things for kids to do than sit on a computer all day, like go outside or do homework.

You go Joe! I have a 15 year old son and am very proud of him. He is also a Christian. I keep Keylogger loaded on his computer to keep tabs on his use of the internet in his bedroom. He doesn`t know about Keylogger. I used to check it from time to time and found that he only visits sites (or at least types in sites) that are okay for him to go to.

I haven`t had to check on him in a while because he does so good about keeping things clean.

No, to answer the questions from some people here before they are asked, he is not a geek or anything like that. He is a star on his football team, very popular in school, has a ton of friends and the girls all adore him. His phone rings nonstop. You don`t have to be a nerd to stick to your beliefs.

Let's see... first off. Unrestricted access to the internet without parental supervision? Answer: Depends on the child. Funny thing is.. whenever someone says things like "unlimited internet access," the first thing that comes to everyone's mind is porn. I don't much worry about porn. Chat rooms are what trouble me.

Next... Do I think JoeDirt should D/L porn like the adults? Answer: Don't much care whether he does or doesn't. I don't consider it to be a litmus test of his character.
