Normandie Niemen Yak 9s.

I'd like to model one for CTs map. I would appreciate any profile view, top, bottom. Anything usefull.

I'd like to model the ones with the white arrow on the side if possible.

Yup they flew yak 3's aswell but AH doesn't have Yak 3's :)

That looks like a Yak-3 since it doesn't have the oil cooler under its nose.

Here's two Yak9 pics I found on my hard drive, which have the French-coloured spinner. Maybe N-N Yak9s?

No it's a yak 3 (it lack the oil cooler under the nose)

I was under that impression aswell, however, looked through my new books about Russian planes and found, much to my surprise that the Yak 9U also lacked the oil cooler under the nose. The Yak 9U had refined aerodynamics and the oil cooler was moved to the wings same as with the Yak 3. I think it is a yak 3 though, it lacks a little nose thing that I think the Yak 9U had, not sure.
