109G2 vs 190A5 in the vertical
« on: October 23, 2002, 06:15:57 AM »
I have the impression that the 109G2 is far superior in the vertical than the 190A5. G2 feels much easier much more nimble if u dont take the rollrate into account.

Examples

109G2 vs. P51D
In a vertical fight the 109G2 eats the P51 (if P51 doesnt run :D ). It can turn into the P51D and outaccalerates outclimbes the Mustang with ease.

190A5 vs. P51D
In a vertical fight the 190A5 cant turn into P51D (constant loops) if the P51D pilot is smart and uses flaps. Though 190A5 outaccalerates and outclimbes the Mustang but the turnradius of the Mustang seams to be much tighter.

Is this just my feeling or are those statements right? If not what I'm doing wrong?
