Looking for some suggestions, since the last aces patch my video frame rates which used to run well above 100 have dropped to the 60 to 70 range and sometimes into the 40'

All other programs and benchmarks still running fine and in the same range does anyone have feedback on what are good settings to run in the control panel for both the game and card to get my speed back
and Did anyone notice this with most recent release?
