Well, in this case... HTC is innocent until proven guilty, afterall, you are accusing them of things that they have not been proven guilty to.

So, in this case... it would require you to have to put forth some sort of digitally rendered data.. even in it's most simplest form.

So I guess what I'm trying to say is, quit yer whinin'!
