I was accused of using the "DSL background download" cheat by whels tonight.

Now I will admit that I am fairly new to the online game community..but this is the first time that I have ever heard of this one.

My question is do many of you folks use or know about this so called cheat or is it the exclusive purview of mr. whels?

Shamus don't worry about it.Whels is one of the biggest whiners in the game.He reminds me of gunman26.

Essentially the idea is that you run a download in the background so that your internet connection becomes laggy.

Oh I understand how clogging the thru put can cause lag and warps, and I do everything I can to keep this from happening because it makes it a lot more difficult to shoot people down,
but it seems that , per whels, it can be used to an advantage, and I am just curious as to how he or anyone else might use it.

Why it is a DSL cheat? Wouldn't it work even better on a modem?

Everyone knows the FDBs use a modification of this cheat... the "DSL Streaming Porn Cheat", although it usually backfires as they end up watching the porn and not their flying (which is why they're so easy to kill).

I find viewing a high quality divx adds system resources drain in addition to bandwidth consumption. But I still die afk.

lol he couldnt even get close enough to HO pass he was waprin so. finally had to let his little tiff warp his way home.

Whels is one of those guys who really does have talent in AH.

He just has trouble accepting any one else having the same gift.

By the way, being accused:) of cheating is one of the highest compliments in AH, enjoy it while it lasts, and keep it to your self or you are branded a whiner, which by the way you are:)
