Maybe a kind of 'mission channel' is needed? those who like to take part in missions can tune to it to find out whats going on,thereby leaving the regular country channel free for those who dont, folks typing in caps for missions does get a little annoying at times.

Why whine about little generals when you have a perfectly good tool (.squelch) to use?

From what I've seen in photos and at cons, though, the term 'little general' constitutes a gross misuse of the adjective...

I get tired of having to squelch people as soon as i log on, and you only have a certain number of people you can squelch..."You're squelch list is full" :(

My original point is that just because you use caps and tell people what to do doesn't mean that people are going to listen to you.

Also some people could learn to use the room channel.  I really don't care about the fh's at base xx when I am on the other side of the map.  It especially pissed me off when they use caps and repeat themselves over and over.

If this is a whine to some people...then it's a whine.  Doesn't hurt my feelings if you consider it as such. :p

Warmest Regards,
Drunky

P.S.  I have recently moved to the Rooks with my squad and have found a distinct lack of Little Generals.  I have also found that the Rooks do in fact communicate[/i] ,both check 6's and with room channel/vox. :D

P.S.S.  Why is it that the people with the biggest egos also have the most fragile ones?

I've also noticed that since switching to Rooks, not ONE person has told me to shut up when I've given them an incorrect check 6 due to distance or perspective.
