aircraft optoins missing

a few things are missing in this game eg
lancaster has only 2 tail guns were it should have 4,it cant carry the legendary bounceing bomb or GRANDSLAM

the 262 was able 2 carry 24 air to air rockets or 2 bombs

and were is the b29s they claim 2 have in the help file

i dont no wot the tigeriis look like so i dont no if there in there or not but judging by aircraft in dis game its probmissing 2

The lancaster we have has dual .50 caliber MG's in the tail turret.  The four gun model had .303s, which are known in AH for being pretty much worthless as guns, except for killing chutes.

...also there is no tiny tim 2000 lbs rocket for the TBM & many others (see the 190f thread), but AH is still better than any of the alternatives

our lanc has the late war tail turret (but early war engines!!!) which has 2 x .50 BMG, the early war had a quad .303 cal mount

We have a different model of the 262

b29 is not yet in here, although i hope we get some bombers from other countries before we get another *sigh* american bomber

Just curious as to how you guys know what guns are in the back of the lanc.

I just check the AH listing and it says nothing about .5's in the back

It was discussed,before it came out and HTC stated that it would have the two .50s in the tail rather than the more common four .303s.

Personally, I am very skeptical that the Lanc's with two .50s in the tail carried so little ammo.

isnt the B29 a late war plane? I tought it was manufactured at the end of the war

does our Lancaster have the normal Merlin engines?

If I do recall the ammo loadout for the Lancaster says nothing of haveing two 50's. It says all the guns on it are 303's. Well last I looked anyway.

Im at work, but you know for sure I will check when I get home, since I would love to have 50's in the lanc. I mean put a B26 and a Lanc in formation. Have two people coem up behine both in the same aircraft (lets say F4U-D) and we see how much ammo it takes to down them. I am almost positive the 26 will use half the ammo as the Lanc, and doesn't the 26 have twin 50's?

Hehe when you want to check what caliber the lanc has back there.... Just compare how do the pings sound when you are siting on his low 6... Yep those are twin .50s

Those rockets on the 262 would be sweet, I would just fly super fast and attack bomber pack with them. They wouldn't escape, I'd shoot them all out at once and fry the bombers at one pass. I'd also do mass vulching where I would spray out rockets at airplanes trying to take off with my aweomse speed and mad skillz. I would rack up so much perk points..

wasn't it A model 262 in AH, while the bomb carrying version was B model.
However the rockets are missing.

Lancaster again is the best version for the allies, 2 .50cal's in the rear instead of the more commonly known Lancaster version with 4x.303 turret.

(Of course Ju88 is the worst version, the HTC style)
