I don't get any spyware or ad crap... and you can disable it from loading itself everytime your computer boots up. And can get it off the start menu..

True,but every time you use it after that,it magically reinserts itself back into the start menu.At least it does that to me.

There's a setting in the preferences, or maybe in the start center..

Gotta dig around, don't remember where it is... but there is a radio button that allows you to disable it from loading on windows start up (and disable start center).
