2. The Sunsets/Sunrises are kinda special.
3. From being a virulent hater of the "pizza", I can now tolerate it due to the sustained strategic effort need to roll it over. Get the Zone base - roll the connected bases - etc.

We heard you the first time though sir. It's a gettin' old!

Well, unlike some (*cough* crs *cough*), they have nighttime improvements slated for the next version. I hate the pizza map for the first 24 hours, because the inital map arrangement disperses the fight too much. I hate the other maps for the whole period because they're too small for the crows we ahve.

The most common misconception at HTC would be that I'm a putz.

I am many things to many people, but am certainly not a putz...now that Hitech guy is a completely different matter!

That folks who up in bombers and fly 45 mins to target love this new dweeby bombsight and really like these cheesy formations & damage model that any 109 can tear apart in 1 pass. Yup. Loved those 45 min flights of frustration

yeah because before 1.10 my b17 could go anywhere and do anything...

i could take off alone in a single b17 and knock out all the strats at a base. it shows how 1 determined pilot can stop the advance of the enemy (isn't that how it goes?)

1) that nighttime is more than 'time to grab something to eat' ie: intermission
2) that bomber formations are cool or enhance gameplay (see arcade)
3) the pizza map is great (canyons are really nice but map is too big, color is too light and too much variation in elevation)
4) that any plane would take one ping from the rear and an entire wing would fall off and/or pilot would be wounded and/or engine would start losing oil at an alarming rate and/or plane would blow up
5) that an airfield could be taken by 1 jabo and 1 goon in 1 minute
6) that if you accidently hit your wingman in the heat of battle your plane would blow up (see arcade)
7) that we can live without the Ki-84 or the Brewster Buffalo
