Today, 11/12/2002, marks the first anniversary of the formation of the Airmageddon Squadron. Comprised of a wide background of aviators ages 16 - "mud", Airmageddon's goal is to stay focussed on why we play games together. To have fun and enjoy ourselves.. oh, while relentlessly pursuing our adversaries, too.
As CO, and I'm sure I echo the feelings of anybody sitting in the hotseat, I am floored by the calibre of people I am honored to call squadmates.
To them I offer my heartfelt <<.S>>!! Thanks for being there!
I also would like to take this time to recognize a few other individuals for their contributions to the success of Airmageddon.
First off, and probably the most obvious. HiTech and the Staff at Hightech Creations. Thank you for producing and maintaining this world we call Aces High. The features you have built into the game to encourage the squadron concept are greatly appreciated.

Secondly, to BFD, GhostDancer and the Nightmares.. Thanks for the guidance and training while we got our butts bloodied in the MA and TODs so many months ago. Your assistance and friendship will always be remembered. Thanks guys!! <<.S>>!!
And to the rest of the many friendly squads and individuals in Aces High, a big Thanks for giving us a place to play, bond and spend our evenings. Um.. is there still such a thing as 'network television'?
And to those who we'll call 'unfriendly'.. just stay still while I get my lead figured out, ok? <<.S>>
