Let's give France a break guys. A soldier is a soldier is a soldier...many many French soldiers fought and died bravely in 1940 and beyond. To say that their sacrifice was petty due to the leadership problems they suffered is outrageous, much less from a bunch of guys mostly born after the conflict was over.
