Well I was hesitant to abandon defending 8 after spending an hour (or more?) to get it. But after getting maced repeatedly at 8, I thought I'd find out what the guys were yelling about...
Well I'll be, somehow our CV wound up on the coast of the rooks main isle. How the ?
And it was amazing...we bagged a V base and thanks to the coordinated efforts of Skurj, Deez and countless others, we managed to put a nice push on the Rook island. Had more joined the CV it would've been an interesting war. The only thing stopping us was the difficulty in getting LVTs up the hill to capture 56.
