I was thinking of him the other day. He hasn't posted since February. Anybody know how he's doing?

Stand down.

1776 is now OzKansas, proud member of the 13th TAS and fellow KC resident.

He's doing pretty well all things considered. I'll point him in here and get him to reassure you.
If ye love wealth better than liberty, the tranquility of servitude than the animated contest of freedom, go from us in peace. We ask not your counsels or arms. Crouch down and lick the hands which feed you. May your chains sit lightly upon you, and may posterity forget that you were our countrymen!

Ah! Well, disregard us...tell him it was like that 2 min. internal timer that goes off inside your head when you lose sight of your kid?  Well, it was a 10 month timer on 1776 :D

Wow, was shocked when I ran into this thread.  Will bring ya up on situation:

Had an operation in Dec 2001.  No help there so chemo was the next step.  Have been doing chemo since last Feb. 2002.  Have had 3 CAT scans in the last 10 months or so.  Second one showed tumor reduced, third showed no additional growth:)  I have retired from work on disability and moved to assissted living housing(which I don't need yet).  Am doing pretty good when another guy at work had the same thing and he died 2 months later:(  Chemo really knocks it outa ya, am tired most of the time, but grateful to know what tired means!  Will have another CAT scan Dec 11.

Nice to see that you are thought about, thanks:)  Guys in 13th TAS taking good care of me in the game and in real life:)  Alot of us live in the KC area and can get together now and again:)

Thanks, cya in the air(he heeeeee, on your 6)!

don't know how you can say they are nice guys... they were very mean to me and... rude shouts at me.   They were a lot nicer when they had voss to keep em in line.
