Close, this is a Russian BT-2 with a 45mm gun.  A near knock off of the Christie prototype.  (The Christie prototype had no turret and different road wheels.  I imagine that there were other differences but I would have no idea what they might have been.)

lol! a 42mm gun? and they need a turret for that? there are 8 of a much larger calibre on the P47 :D
