bloody moronic system...works old dos games (before 94 fine) and new games fine but when i try to play semi new games (silent hunter and flying corps) wich cost A LOT OF MONEY and time for me to get it DOES NOT WORK...GRRRR i hate this retarded system. win 98 is soooo much better and it doesnt look like CRAP.


unless some people have some tips on getting these games to run (silent hunter might be able to be played on my f*ing 486) then i think im gonna kick some arse...im sure bill is a real pansy

Why don't you set up a dual-boot with Win98 and XP?

btw right-click your desktop, select properties, select themes and from there traditional windows.
Now your desktop works and looks just like Win95/98/NT

Ah... welcome to the Hardware Abstraction Layer (HAL) carryover from NT.

And... feel free to dual boot between 98 and LINUX.  You can play your games on 98 and on LINUX you can... um... well...

of course you people with no issues hvent tried to play any of your old games yet...and id love duel boot between 98 and linux to buuut...its not exactly my computer(its my dads)


and thanks for the film...very funny i pinpointed exactly when hje got hit

Silent Hunter works fine for me on WinXP.
