What does it mean when...

...you're in an unfamiliar mall and you have to urinate really badly and you finally find the men's room but when you enter there are two guys in there ahead of you and one has his back propped against a wall and he's staring wistfully at the second guy who has his back propped against the opposite wall who is returning the wistful stare of his own and the whole situation makes you so tense that you cannot avail yourself of the urinal?
