Looks like the Princes are getting help from a PR firm. The last thing I heard from a Saudi representative was that the reason there were 15 Saudi's out of 19 hijackers on 9-11 was because Bin Laden wanted to drive a wedge between The Saudi's and their good friends the Americans.

Hmmmmmmm? Maybe.

Lots of Americans over there.  That's one of Osama's major gripes.

Americans aren't anywhere near the holy sites.  UBL uses anti-Americanism and anti-Israeli feelings to gin up support.  He has no gripes.

I just realised, Saudi - S = Audi.

I think there is a deeper conspiracy at work here.

I personally think that Saudi Arabia is more of a threat to the US than Iraq is.
====================
(From today's AP wire)
DUBAI, United Arab Emirates (AP) - The Saudi police minister has claimed Jews were behind the Sept. 11 attacks because they have benefited from subsequent criticism of Islam and Arabs, according to media reports.

Interior Minister Prince Nayef made the remarks in the Arabic-language Kuwaiti daily Assyasah last month. The latest edition of Ain al-Yaqeen, a weekly Internet magazine devoted to Saudi issues, posted the Assyasah interview and its own English translation.

"We know that the Jews have manipulated the Sept. 11 incidents and turned American public opinion against Arabs and Muslims," Prince Nayef was quoted as saying in the Arabic text, while Ain al Yaqeen's English version referred to "Zionists" instead of "Jews."

After reading the last few posts I understand a little better why we have so few friends in the Middle East.  Our math and language skills are atrocious.

Shuckins ;)
