I'm a crappy pilot. The scoring system is not porked. The flight model is not porked. Ballistics are not porked. Numbers are not porked. I am porked.

I am a crappy pilot. I fly when I can, train when I can, get an occasional kill when someone crappier than me is afk when their plane wanders into my personal airspace.

I have no problem with what is said on Channel 1 because I don't read it. Squelch is a beautiful thing. I say little on the BB, because my opinion is just that: my opinion. Not Law, Gospel or Fact. If I choose to leave, I go. It's not cinematic. It's a game.

In an age characterized by the abandonment of personal responsibility, I choose to buck the trend and admit this one thing: I am a crappy pilot.

What planes do you fly and what do think you are having trouble with?

Flying the planes? (BFM/ACM)

Or Situational Awareness?(Finding yourself going from good to bad before you realize whats happening)

I am sure someone can help ya out on either one of these.

God, that felt so....liberating.

But seriously, a few days ago I was having an awesome day fighting. I was concentrating and landing some pretty nasty deflection shots. I had two three-kill sorties and one four-kill--only the four-kill did I land (PERK THE 205!!!). The following days the memory of that day hung around. I'd dive down on someone, thinking "I'm awesome. I can make this shot." But of course I'd miss then get greedy and bleed off all my E or some such thing. I think admitting to yourself that you're crappy actually makes you better.

Rude is a crappy pilot.. this causes great concern for me. He killed me just the other day. I now come to the logical conclusion that a crappy pilot shot me down so I must be a really crappy pilot. The bubble is burst, I'm awful. I think I'll go have a beer or two, this way if I'm really crappy, maybe I won't notice as much.
