Canada to start decriminalize pot withing 4 months.

we have it legal in Oregon (medical use only).  it gives you the right to grow 7 plants if you have a perscription.

but some of the cops have found a way around the will of the people.

if you have a growing permit you have to submit to inspections (much like for atf if you have a still) so the local cops come and do an inspection, and they bring with them an observer on a ride along.  the observer is a fed.  the locals bring him in not needing a warent. then he comes back and busts the guy for growing on federal charges.

last one I heard of was in the salem-albany area.

for some reason they don't seem to apear on the news so proud about these busts as they do with all the others.
