Just passing the info along, don't go taking pot shots at the messenger.

We are contacting all former players via e-mail to let them hear about the latest game updates and starting Friday, December 13th they can come back for a limited time and check it out!
At approximately 1700 ET on Friday, December 13th, we will reactivate all accounts which were closed between June 6th 2001 and December 10th, 2002 for access to the game and forums. This does not apply to banned or special promotional accounts.
We urge you to contact your fallen comrades and let them know about the re-evalution offer to let them see the latest features and gameplay in WWII Online. We also have a few surprises in store for the holidays- tell them not to miss out.

Takes at least a 32 meg card that can support 8.1 and that dx must be installed also. The Community Forum is the place to go for tech support. We usually manage to fix problems.

Guys, I made my bones in flight simmer in July of '95 when I started flying Confirmed Kill. It will take better shots than that. Interesting you find the fact that I posted a heads up simply to inform, an afront. If you guys are that anti-flight community oriented, things are deteriorating.

Hey hardcase, mind asking the Rats if they can give one of the Aces High cheerlea.. I mean spokesman a forum account so they can "relay information" on the WWIIOL forums whenever there are AH updates?

Anytime AH has a freebie or some special, Post it here and I will copy paste it to the Community Forum. Guys, all I was doing was passing on info on a freebie, that some might miss out on due to changing their addys. No hype,it was a cut and paste from CRS just info on a freebie.

AH society seems kind of enclosed one..
Anyone comes to talk of other sim and theres alot of flaming.
I remember the IL-2, people aggressively against the othe rsim also then, albeit not as much as with WWIIOL.

It was tad different during WB.. (well, I haven't cared about it after 1.11, other than for DoA *misses the times*...)

I find it in extremely poor taste to come onto another companies privately owned and operated BBS to shill for a competitor.

Such action speaks poorly of the competitor and their lack of conscience and their believe in proper business principals. Recognizing this, I would certainly hesitate to give them a credit card number.

This act of seeming desperation makes me also wonder how badly they must be doing, and how bad the game must be that they need to engage in such contemptable practices.

At least posting when they post on AGW, they are not directly abusing the private property of a competitor.

Another telling point of fact is that HTC is confident in their product, its superiority to this desperate competitor that they don't feel threatened and rather choose to ignore the gall that persons like Hardcase exhibit.

AW is dead, WB is dieing, WW2OL is desperate.

When have they not had a freebie ? Free download , first two weeks online have allways been free with no strings attatched, H2H is allways free. And now AH is giving away cash prizes every month .

Thanks Hardcase. I haven't received any email for the exact reason you mentioned. The @Home network went away between the time I closed my account and today.

Competitor? Not for me. WWIIOL will never get me to stop supporting AH.
