I make $100 in about 4 hours of work.

Add to that that Flossy is prolly better than me.

And you get a guy who just tries not to lawn dart every time he takes off.

In it for the fun, not the score.

Got The Feeling You Could Probably Make More Money Picking Up Aluminium Cans Than Picking Off Planes.

Just A Thought :D

By The Way Whats This Score Thing Everyone Talks About ?

Is That What Shows Me How Much I Suck At This Game ?

I tend to play for rank about every second tour.  That leaves a tour between to focus on practicing and trying new planes & tactics.  Best of both worlds, I think.  Ironically, whether I'm attempting to rank well doesn't seem to have much of an effect on my rank.  In fact, my best rank so far was when I wasn't even trying.

Ever since I was a small lad, all I ever wanted to be when I grew up was a scorepotato.

Unfortunately, I've yet to grow up.

Sequential killing of the same person in X amount of time should be worth less and less.   As it stands now, due to kill/time, etc., the game rewards and encourages such things.  It is of considerably more score value to vulch a Lanc formation on the runway than kill 3 fighters in actual air to air combat.

OK folks I have read about this hitting your own hangers and increasing your points so many times, so I have spent the time to test it and hitting your own hangers did not increase any points in any catagory.  I printed out all of my score page before then went to a rear base got a p38 as that was what was supposed to have been used parked it in front of  a hanger where the bullets and cannons would hit the hanger and fired away.  When it was empty I parked on runway exited it and up another and another, did this for an hour.  Guess what my rank went up not down as all of the sorties counted against the K/s percentage and I could tell no difference in the hit percentage, my score page showed the same thing in that catagory as before the test.

I did a more scientific test.  Since I never flew CT, I had a clean slate in there.   I upped P-38 in Hangar applied left brake advanced right throttle a hair to aim at wall - emptied guns of p38 into same.  Check my score in a bit (will take a bit to post I assume).

I had a clean slate in the MA, so I put a P47 in front of a hangar after selecting "ATTACK". I shot the entire load of MG's, and scored 82%?!

Sounds like a bad connection (or some have suggested bad frame rate) not all your bullets are registering.

Sad thing is, even that 82% is only worth a rank of 13 in that category :)

well your test certainly shows hit percentage, wonder why mine was not effected? and this was shown on enmy too maybe my connection is just bad and not all bullets are showing up or I might not have selected attack like you did, at any rate if I have to resort to this I may as well quit the game, just my opinion
