Perk ballencing by country size..
assume this means that what ever ratio the size of your country has to 1/3rd of the population of the arena you recieve as a perk multiplier..
in a 300 person arena
with rooks 50, bish 100 and knights 150.

A rook would revieve a X2 perk multiplier..A bish would recieve a X1 perk multiplier and a knight would recieve a .666 perk mutiplier.

Effect on game play..hard to say. Probably nothing, but its a start.
In the extrordinarilly rare instance of the two smaller countries teaming up on the bigger country..this would be unfair....

The La5 and La7 weren't the only planes that seemed to glide awfully well... the P-51 and some others were pretty excellent gliders too... just as good.

Things like the Typhoon glide like a truck.

But honestly this list looks more like a patch, not the one of a new version which were in development longer, than any version before. It is possibly more features in this version, which are kept hidden to make us all happy when 1.11 finally out; or majority of mission arena is build already, and 1.12 will be out fast after 1.11. It is also possible that mission arena will be in 1.11 after all.

I think youre right fariz, I think HTC has a few suprises for us.

probably in the form of some extra planes if they are driving superfly with that bullwhip again

what i suspect though is a lot of the time was spent on the mission arena and will not be out with 1.11.But the time isnt wasted, it will come all the sooner for 1.12

I also think HTC's changes to the strat in the form of reworking towns and factories into denser targets and having to change every map to this new format must have taken a long time!

Er and the two countries with the largest numbers picking on the country with the smallest numbers like we see almost daily with bish and us knits hitting rooks is fair????????
